LuckPub Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the LuckPub website, downloading the LuckPub app, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of LuckPub regardless of how they access the platform — through a mobile browser, the dedicated app, or any other method.

LuckPub reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically so you are aware of the current version.

These terms should be read alongside the LuckPub Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and LuckPub.

2. Eligibility

To register and use LuckPub you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. LuckPub does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit, or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual, for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of any business or third party.
• You must not already have an existing LuckPub account. Each person is permitted one account only. Opening duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your account. LuckPub may request identity verification at any point and reserves the right to suspend accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative for another person when using the platform.

LuckPub serves Pakistan players. The platform operates in PKR and is optimised for users in Pakistan. If you are accessing LuckPub from outside Pakistan, you are solely responsible for ensuring that doing so does not violate any local laws applicable to you.

3. Your Account

Account Registration

To use LuckPub's betting and gaming features you must register an account. During registration you will provide a username, password, and contact information. All information provided must be accurate. LuckPub may at any time require additional documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment method.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without your permission, contact LuckPub support immediately. LuckPub will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted one active account only. If LuckPub detects that the same individual has created or is operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — all accounts may be suspended and any associated funds may be voided pending investigation.

Account Verification

LuckPub may ask you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. Verification may include providing a copy of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Closure

You may close your LuckPub account at any time by contacting support. Any genuine, withdrawable balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method in PKR, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. LuckPub may also close or suspend an account for breach of these terms.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on LuckPub are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). LuckPub does not apply currency conversion. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account or method that belongs to you personally. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Wallet section of your account at the time of deposit.
• LuckPub does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside LuckPub's control.
• Deposits are generally credited to your LuckPub wallet promptly once confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable period, contact support with your transaction reference.
• LuckPub reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if there are concerns about the source of funds or compliance with these terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. LuckPub will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Before your first withdrawal — or if LuckPub requests it at any subsequent point — your account and identity must be verified. This is a standard process and is in place to protect your account.
• The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts for each method are shown in the Wallet section of your account. There is no ceiling on withdrawing your own genuinely deposited and wagered funds, though very large amounts may be processed in stages depending on the payment method.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally among the fastest. Bank transfers may take longer depending on interbank processing times.
• Funds linked to active bonus wagering requirements are not withdrawable until those requirements are met. The applicable terms are clearly displayed when any promotion is claimed.
• LuckPub reserves the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawal requests where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including where unusual betting patterns have been identified.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, and any other sports markets available on LuckPub:

Bet Placement

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the LuckPub system. You will receive a confirmation of your bet with the accepted odds, stake, and potential payout displayed in PKR. A bet placed but not confirmed due to a technical issue, connectivity problem, or session timeout is not a valid bet and any stake will be returned to your wallet.

Odds & Markets

Odds are set by LuckPub and may change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. The odds accepted at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. LuckPub offers a wide range of markets on cricket — including PSL fixtures, Pakistan international T20 and ODI series, match winners, top batsman, over totals, and in-play live betting — as well as football, esports, and other sports.

Void Bets

LuckPub reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined.
• The bet was placed on a market that was offered due to a manifest error in odds, and the error was clearly identifiable.
• There is reasonable evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns associated with the event.
• A technical error resulted in incorrect odds or market information being displayed.

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your LuckPub wallet in PKR. LuckPub's decision on void bets is final.

In-Play Betting

In-play live betting markets are subject to short acceptance windows due to the real-time nature of the events. LuckPub may suspend in-play markets at any time — including during a PSL over, a wicket, or any significant moment in a match. Bets placed during a market suspension window may be rejected, with stakes returned to your wallet.

Maximum Payout

LuckPub applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the betting interface. Any winnings from a bet that exceed the applicable maximum payout will be capped at that limit, regardless of the potential return calculated at the time of placement.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

LuckPub runs promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, and other promotional credits. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement and qualifying games or bet types are clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household, and per device. LuckPub monitors bonus claims and reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from accounts where multiple accounts are detected or abuse is suspected.
• Bonus credits must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically without notice.
• LuckPub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice where circumstances require it.
• Free bet winnings are typically returned without the free bet stake — the exact mechanic is described on each promotion.
• Attempting to exploit bonus terms through systematic betting patterns, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

8. Responsible Gaming

LuckPub is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is for adults aged 18 and above only, and gambling on LuckPub is intended as entertainment — not as a source of income or a financial strategy.

LuckPub provides the following responsible gaming tools directly within account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much PKR you can deposit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders to alert you after a defined period of continuous play, helping you stay aware of how long you have been gambling.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the platform — from 24 hours up to several weeks — during which your account is temporarily suspended and you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or for an extended period exclude yourself from LuckPub. During self-exclusion you will not receive promotional communications and cannot reactivate your account until the exclusion period ends.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on LuckPub. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, or using someone else's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity for deposits.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse bonus promotions or referral schemes, including through coordinated multi-account strategies.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to sporting events offered on the platform.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt LuckPub's systems, servers, or software in any unauthorised way.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any activity that LuckPub reasonably determines to constitute fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the LuckPub platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game assets, and any original data — is owned by or licensed to LuckPub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the LuckPub platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from LuckPub without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the platform.
• Use LuckPub's name, logo, or trademarks in any context without written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the platform using automated means.

11. Limitation of Liability

LuckPub provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we aim to maintain consistent uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. LuckPub will not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or connectivity issues beyond our control.
• Loss of bets or inability to place bets during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance windows.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials, or from unauthorised access to your account where you have been negligent in protecting your login details.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any nature connected to your use of LuckPub.

Nothing in these terms excludes LuckPub's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by applicable law. LuckPub's aggregate liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the value of funds held in your account at the time of the relevant event.

12. Changes to These Terms

LuckPub may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in how the platform operates, changes in applicable requirements, or improvements to how we communicate our policies. When material changes are made:

• The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date at the top.
• Where changes are significant, LuckPub may notify registered players via the contact details held on their account.
• Continued use of LuckPub after updated terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

If you disagree with any changes to these terms, you should stop using LuckPub and contact support to close your account. Any balance held in your account at that time will be processed for withdrawal in the usual way, subject to verification.
